​​Time:                 Competitors Meeting 8.30am Saturday, 8:45am start both days
​​Entries Close:   Saturday 3rd January 8pm

​​Late Entries: Please make the show staff and volunteer's jobs easier by having entries in by close of 8pm Saturday 3rd January 2026 . Late entries will not be accepted.    For those already entered, change of classes/addition of classes must be notified to both the day secretary and the gate steward up to 30 mins before a class and must be paid in cash or internet banking. No entries will be accepted without accompanying payment of entry fees.

​Food: BYO lunches. BBQ facilities available along with salads and bread available for dinner. BYO meat, chairs and utensils.
 No dogs are allowed, following the Hire Agreement with Telford​​​.
Gates to Telford are locked until 3pm on the Friday 9th January 2026
